The contact owns a 2015 Buick Verano. After parking the vehicle, it failed to restart without warning. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the entire theft device needed to be replaced. The contact mentioned that the dealer was charging $596 for the repair. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
