After ran out of fuel due to faulty fuel gauge on my LOW MILEAGE 2015 Buick Verano (approx 15K miles) and engine stopped, I pushed the "engine start/stop" button, but could NOT DISENGAGE the accessories (radio, AC, dashboard, etc) and they drained/dragged on the battery.
