Complainant was facially injured by an air bag years ago and so knows, from experience, that such RECALLS are critical to safety. As soon as RECALL letter arrived, my telephone was bombarded by calls from varying individuals to "re-activate" my WARRANTY The most recent call came from Holloway Service itself. I had previously requested Service to give me an appointment to fix the AIRBAG RECALL. However, Service declined to set an appointment and, instead, placed "Meagan" on the phone in an attempt to sell me WARRANTY insurance. I pointed out the difference between RECALL and WARRANTY. She did not wish to discuss RECALL but only WARRANTY. Meagan would not take NO for an answer and FINALLY implied that WARRANTY update is a pre-requisite to RECALL. I told her that I needed to leave for tutoring session and she kept talking anyways. I hung up.
I then contacted SERVICES again via email, asking for an appointment to rectify the AIRBAGS RECALL.
