The contact owns a 2013 Cadillac Ats. The contact stated that the cruise control failed to operate when engaged. In addition, the heating and air conditioning failed to operate correctly and the sun roof switch failed to open or close the sun roof completely. The vehicle was taken to gold coast Cadillac (2123 NJ-35, oakhurst, NJ 07755, (732) 695-1400), but no assistance was offered. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failures. The failure mileage was unknown.
