ATS

  • 58,000 miles
The car has a cracked cue screen from the inside which operates all the functions for defrosting, air-conditioning, and heating. The only way to use any of the air/heat is to have the auto button. The options on the steering wheel do not work at all. This has now become a very very severe safety issue when driving the vehicle and you need to have the front windshield clear. I also subscribe to siriusxm radio and you cannot use the radio at all from the cue system or the steering wheel to change the channels or volume. The cruise control is not operable at all because it is set up on the steering wheel. Cadilac should assume responsibility for the entire cue system since you can only use half of the functions in the vehicle.

ATS 4-cyl

  • 500 miles
My Ats is equiped with the adaptive forward light which has an auto-leveling and calibration feature. This malfunctions infrequently causing the headlights to be aimed too high and blind oncoming traffic. The car need to be complete shutoff then restarted to trigger the recalibration process to fix this intermittent issue.
