Dealer says wear and tear but no support under carpet near foot rest you can stick your finger all the way through the hole in the carpet it wouldn't be hard to catch a high heel in the carpet and twist your legging getting out of the car
Interior is pristine so how can it be wear and tear clearly manufacture defect. Checked all 3 other cars and all have floor completely under carpet even my smart
