Center que system locked down "SYSTEM COMMUNICATION ERROR" all in red during the winter time. I had no heat, radio, nothing. I was able to hit the command on steering wheel to turn on the radio. I did take a picture of this when it happened because the dealerships like to pretend nothing is wrong. Next morning woke up, went to check my car and it was gone. I took it in, and they said the computer did not show any errors or codes, so must be fine. Then I busted out the photo, and demanded the issue to be corrected, and I needed a loaner. They kept the car for couple of days, and told me it was a software issue that GM is aware of. However, if GM was aware then why did they not contact me to have these issues checked?
