This problem has been ongoing since early 2020. The vehicle shakes when it reaches a certain speed. Every time I brought the car into the dealership, they found a new problem wrong with it, such as: lower ball joints, steering column, rims and tires. They did not address the problem I had brought to their attention and none of these solutions solved the problem. I went for a test drive with the ex service manager and he said that was normal behavior for the car. He has since been replaced.

I was told by service on 1/14/21 that they finally received the TSB pertaining to the torque converter clutch. They had supposedly only received it that day, when in fact, this has been an ongoing problem with these vehicles since 2014 and the class action lawsuit was filed 8/18/19. I find it incredibly hard to believe that they just learned this information when it has been an ongoing problem.

My car has spent more time in the dealership during the last year than it has been on the road. I bought this as a retirement present for myself and it has been nothing but a retirement nightmare. I have absolutely zero faith in General Motors. From a lot of the feedback I have read, people have said this is merely a temporary fix, and that it will break again, so GM is putting a bandaid on the wound. Help!
