I first went to the dealer with this problem on 10 April 2019 with 2704 miles on the vehicle. The answer was that's the nature of the beast. Took vehicle back on 18 Sept. 2019, with the same problem getting worse. Dealer kept the Vehicle for a month trying to fix it. They then stated it was a normal operation & nothing was wrong with the transmission.
It is definitely a Safety Hazard, I have no control over the vehicle when this happens. I have dealt with Cadillac customer service since last April. Other than many hours on the phone the only answer I get is that it is normal for this transmission. They talked twice about a buy back which I was willing to do. They never followed through & closed my case. Big investment for a faulty transmission that they won't take responsibility for.
