2020 CT4 battery dies if not driven for 10 days. Must be a design flaw with components not going into full sleep mode? We were stuck at airport parking lot and needed roadside assistance. After a jump start the battery charged and vehicle operates as expected. Except we cannot leave the car without starting for more than a week because the battery will die. I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 2500HD that started fine after leaving for the same amount of time. Pinebelt Cadilac in Tom’s River NJ service department said that’s normal for the CT4 and next time I need to go to airport for more than a week I should take my truck!!!! >:-/
I need help from the manufacturer with a service bulletin for dealer service to fix the issue. This is not a safe or reasonable way to expect the vehicle to perform.
