CT4 Luxury 2.0L

I bought a Cadillac CT4 Luxury in October 2020. The battery was dead the next month. This happened 2 more times in 2021. They said it was because over the air updates kept not completing. The result was the sound system would turn on at random times of night (we could hear the bass), or it just would not turn off when you got out of the car.

On three separate occasions my car was at the dealer for a week or more.

We just couldn't trust the car and decided to trade it. Luckily because of the market now, we did not take a loss and got out of it in time.

I rate the Cadillac CT4 a BIG ZERO.
