Failure to open vent dampers for air conditioned air to enter cabin when started with RemoteLink Onstar app. Vent dampers only actuate after start button is pressed. Too late! Problem needs fix or recall. Not just my car. All CT6 models should be checked. It is unreasonable that a $65,000 car should have this problem.
Please note: For this failure to occur the car has to be sitting at least an hour without starting it or even opening the door. If you try replicate this problem shortly after the car has been running it won't happen.

I took the car to the dealership and they printed out the OnStar terms of service and pointed out to me where they highlighted the line that says the app will start the car remotely and that nowhere does it say that it will turn on my air conditioning, then they said thank you and have a nice day.
I called Cadillac and they said more owners have to call in to report the problem before anything can be done so I'm trying to spread the word about this problem. If you have a CT6 please test it and call Cadillac at 1-800-458-8006 or in Canada 1-888-446-2000.
