The contact owns a 2017 Cadillac CT6. The contact stated that while driving approximately 67 mph, the sun roof exploded without impact. The vehicle was taken to hill Cadillac located at 3964 West chester pike, newtown square, pa 19073, where the technician took pictures to send to the manufacturer. The contact was informed that the warranty had expired. The contact was not given a callback. The manufacturer was contacted and the contact was transferred to a non-working number. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 114,000.
