I LOVE THE WAY THIS CAR DRIVES....but....There is one thing that is driving me nuts and my dealer keeps telling me its normal. I call BS! Whenever my car goes into 4 cylinder mode (at around 63 MPH) and as long as it stays there the engine gets rough like there is an issue with the torque converter. The NVH profile changes immediately. I actually had one service tech ride with me and deny he could feel it. But there is a selection available in the dashboard display that shows you whether you are in 6 cylinder or 4 cylinder mode. I eventually figured that out and took it back to show them exactly where and when it occurs and they still claim it is normal. There is no way an engineer at GM validated this with that rough transition. NONE! I will endure my 3 years of lease and I will move on from Cadillac if I don't get this fixed because it's unacceptable. Frankly I am appalled and disgusted with GM's total lack of response. I tried calling Cadillac Customer Service and I may as well been talking to a wall.

I want to have it corrected but Cadillac should inform customers that this is a normal function of this vehicle. That way customers won't think that the car has a problem. It is very annoying and I hate for it to go in that mode. It acts like you have put some bad gas in your car.
