The trunk fell on my head while I was putting beach chairs and towels in trunk. I had a lump on my forehead, and bruised and hurt my shoulder.

I am always told; well these things happen, REALLY, to a Cadillac ? What was this a joke model ?

I am completely disillusioned. What a disappointment
