First of all, this is a 2003 CTS was purchased BRAND NEW and it now has 27,383 miles on it. There has never been any accidents. This vehicle is beautiful and it has not been broken in. Owner 93 years old Lady, always owned BRAND NEW CADILLACS.
To date all four calipers were replaced one month ago!!! The car was driven to Cadillac for inspection.
I get a call thirty minute later. the windshield wiper won't cut off and all four calipers are locked. OMG!!! REALLY?????
They said it was a seven hour job..BS - CAR REPAIRED - CALIPERS - $865.00 Another mechanic.
Cadillac wanted $1850.00 - WOW!
2) Four Brand new tires! (27,383 miles --- REALLY?) - Replaced - A year ago. Cadillac
3) Now the Windshield wipers won't turn off. It did not rain everyday of those 27 + thousand miles. - At mechanic now.
This dealership wanted my uncle to sell the car (Now deceased) more than once said not for sale.
Something is wrong here. Another person I personally know took her car there and it was a air condition problem. $20,000 dollars later. RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. New mechanic and now my mechanic excellent work!
The mechanics at this dealership make money on commission. That was new to me!!! Is this how Cadillac works in NC???
