The contact owns a 2004 Cadillac Cts. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer for routine maintenance and was informed that the steering rack needed to be replaced. The dealer also stated that the vehicle was outside of the warranty. There had been no failure to date. The current mileage was 33,610.
