2004 Cadillac Cts-V, a popping sound was coming from the front windshield, this happened in any type of weather and at any speed, this was the only problem with the vehicle, consumer took vehicle to the dealership, . the dealer heard the noise, but did not know what was the cause of the problem. Dealership told the consumer to go ahead and drive the vehicle. Consumer did not feel that it was safe to drive the vehicle because of the noise from windshield.
