The contact owns a 2005 Cadillac Cts. While the vehicle was parked the trunk lid closed on its own when the contact was standing underneath it. The contact stated that it hit her severely on the head and lost consciousness. She began experiencing forgetfulness and depression after the incident. She claimed she has no history of headaches, at the most maybe one or two a year. Now the headaches are constant. The contact went to the doctor and he stated that she suffered a concussion. The consumer was informed gasoline escaped from the struts which caused it to fail. Updated.
