My car started making "clunking" sounds every time placed it in drive. After doing some research on line, I came up with a recall GM was doing on my car. According to GM, there was a bad rear differential seal, and that oil may leak out. Well that's exactly what happened to my car. Not only did the differential fluid leak out but the bushing broke as will. The dealership covered the fluid leak repair (recall)...but said the busing broke because of were and tear...not because of the oil leak. They quoted me over $500 to repair when this wouldn't of happened had the seal been good in the first place!
