2007 Cadillac Cts. Consumer states problem with obtaining a refund due to issues with vehicle upon trying to trade it in consumer writes additional correspondence the consumer learned the frame was damaged and it appeared the vehicle had been sitting on blocks and there was damage under the vehicle. The low fluid light illuminated and the vehicle did not come equipped with a spare tire.
