The articulated headrests designed to reduce neck injuries in a crash, move up of their own Accord during normal driving. This results in a safety concern. If the headrest moves up during normal operation, will it still function as designed should an accident occur. I have contacted Cadillac division twice without a response. The selling dealer service department does not know what is causing the problem, but other cases have been reported.
