The paint was faded in the top of the trunk of the car, the dealer repainted, but now I have the same problem.

I was told that the lid or trunk of the car has to be sanded to bare metal and repainted.
Update from Jul 21, 2017: I have two cars, the miles on the CTS are 36,000 the amount that I put in the complaint is for the 2007 Sentra.
