The contact owns a 2011 Cadillac Cts. While driving approximately 5 mph and making a right turn, the contact heard an abnormal noise coming from the vehicle. On another occasion, while driving 15 mph, the speedometer displayed 65 mph. In addition, while attempting to make a U-turn, the vehicle failed to accelerate and rolled away. The vehicle was towed to a dealer for diagnostic testing. The technician replaced the rear drive shaft center joint bolt. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 29,000.
