2011 CTS coupe with 55K miles on it... Driven by a 90 year old - car was 'babied' all it's life. And the engine blew at 55K miles on it... Even though we're past the 'age' on the warranty, we're WELL below the 100K mile warranty period. Caddy is unwilling to offer ANY goodwill at all for this obvious defect and poor quality. Now I'm stuck with a $13K bill for a car that is worth maybe $18K or $19K.... CADDY has dropped significantly in the quality rankings year after year; this is a perfect example as to why. I will NEVER recommend or buy another Caddy ever again... HORRIBLE QUALITY - and EVEN MORE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
