There have been a half dozen incidents of the starter not responding when turned on. It is intermittent so GM could not duplicate the issue which seems important to them. They seem to think we make these things up. Anyway, when I put the key in the ignition and turn it to start position, nothing happens, no clicks, buzzes or any other sound that seems like something connected. It takes up to a half dozen tries, then it will start up.
Pretty scary when you are out in the hills with not even OnStar or cell service to call for help.
