My 2013 CTS has a bunch of issues but the most worrisome is the life threatening cold stop in traffic. GM cannot duplicate it...no surprise.. so to them it does not exist. They say..."IT ONLY HAPPENED ONCE" as if that solves the issue.
GM ordered a deep diagnosis...the failure happened in August of 14 .....last week... a mere 5 months after the issue and a million phone calls...and guess what! They said that the key was not talking to the car properly and replaced the key and reprogrammed the car to meet the key.....one week later...back to the shop for a continuing saga.
I have notified GM, the 2 dealerships involved, reported on SafeCar.gov, my mom and my attorney in case there is injury to myself or the public due to their inaction on this very dangerous situation.
