I have a problem with the CUE Infotainment System. I purchased a 2014 Cadillac CTS with 17000 miles in the year of 2014. While under warranty the system locked up in 2016. The dealer put in another system, moving forward. It is now November 2017 no warranty and my system is locked up again. Cadillac admit to problems with the CUE infotainment system with no other replacement, but to purchase the same system for $1075.00 to install $1236.00 plus tax. Not fair for me to pay for a known problem radio system every year of two without another option.

Cue system was not working. Did some research and found out that this is a known problem that Cadillac knows about. They agreed to replace at a lower cost to me. We are looking at trading in a 2014 CTS4, 3.6 liter Performance model, loaded, with under 50000 miles. We were looking at a CT6 Twin Turbo until we looked at the reliability. I would like to thank Cadillac for pushing us away from their product.
