I bought it used and is perfect EXCEPT the really rough ride and bottoming out only in the front end. Struts are not budging when you try and push down on front end. Not cool!

CTS Performance 3.6L

Anytime I'm driving in city or highway I can feel the car rides really rough at high speeds and low speed. All my passengers say that the car rides really hard. Car shakes really bad as if the shocks are not absorbing the roads at all. I can feel every nook and cranny on the road. Not really happy how smooth this car rides. I am currently driving the Cadillac xt5 and I can really tell a huge difference in my suspension and the xt5s suspension. I am driving the XT5 as of right now as a loaner vehicle until I hear what Cadillac rules out the issue to be. I will update you guys as soon as I hear what the solution is.
