The car was sold "as new", as it had been "certified" by the dealer. The day after purchase, bright sun exposed scratches on the front windshield. Upon showing these to the dealer, I was told they would do nothing. Basically the dealer said that papers were signed, and they were finished with any complaints. The manager, John Landin, of Cadillac of Las Vegas West, was very short in his discussion of the problem. Other personal at the dealership were better to talk to, however they were only placating me to conclude the discussion.
The car is fine. Nice to drive, but for forty thousand dollars, I did not expect a defective product from Cadillac. I am very disappointed with John Landin, and Cadillac of Las Vegas West.
