CTS Luxury 3.6L

The car's heat, or AC, will stop, without warning. It has been a nightmare, in the dealership 2 mos out of 10, back and forth. Unit seems to reboot itself when restarted, making the problem, hard to fix. This is annoying to say the least! I drove the car to the dealership on more than one occasion, so they could actually feel the malfunction,,, then, when I drop it off, they can not seem to duplicate.. nor fix the issue.. This is NOT what I expect from a Cadillac. This is my 3rd CTS,, and will be my last. !
