I have a beautiful red 2011 Cadillac. It is leaking inside and will eventually deteriorate the inside of the car. Cadillac and GM will do nothing about this situation. I brought the Alabama Attorney General's office into the fight.
Cadillac no longer makes the part. It is not on a secondary market either for the sunroof. They offered $2000 off a new Cadillac. But they refuse to hold any responsibility of correcting this Cadillac problem. I have owned Cadillacs for 50 years by the way, they give you $200 off anyway if you own a Cadillac. They do not care about this beautiful car which has been loved and taken care of... They do not give a damn about a 50 year customer, they care nothing for you or the car.
It should be mandatory that people know first what they are not getting from Cadillac down the road in seven years, no parts! Now my car sits under a cover which is spotting the beautiful paint. I can't sell a car - you take a bath inside when it rains. Totally disgusted. This should not be allowed to escape any type of repair. To make matters worse, I was told by Cadillac and/or GM that the new cars being sold today will not have any parts 7 years from now... We are being screwed!
