While running over a pothole both frontal air bags deployed, no damage to the vehicle as a result of going over the potholes, however the deployment of the air bags caused damage to the windshield of the vehicle.

When the consumer reached home and turned the key off, both airbags deployed. Passenger side shattered the windshield.
