The contact owned a 1999 Cadillac Deville. While making a turn, anti-freeze spilled onto the contact's foot. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the heater core burst due to an improper location and inadequate material. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that they could not assist. The contact stated that the failure caused her to get skin grafts on her foot. The VIN and failure mileage were not provided.
