Dealership resurfaced the fronts rotors and replaced the pads at 30,000 miles, at 50,000 miles front rotors were resurfaced and the pads were replaced again. At 60,000 miles the front rotor were resurfaced for a third time. Also, had a tie rod problem. The manufacturer indicated that he brake were wearing normally and needed to be replaced every 25000 to 30000 miles. The consumer now has no confidence in the dealer and refuses to allow them to work on the vehicle for anything other than warranty work.

Motor mount broke, which caused the engine to move and rupture the air conditioning system. Left steering tie rod was worn almost to a point of failure. Cadillac felt the consumer was entitled to reimbursement, so they sent him a check for $585.65 to offset to some degree the failure caused.
