I bought this vehicle from a local caddy dealer in June, 2006. It had 18,000 miles when purchased. One month later, it developed transmission troubles which required rebuilding the transmission by the dealer (under guarantee) Approximately 11 months later, one month ago, the transmission acted up again at $34,000 miles and dealer claims not his responsibility and now wants $3.400 to repair. This doesn't seem right. Incidentally, in checking over this car, there are signs that the vehicle has been hit but no mention was made to me as a buyer. Do you have any suggestions of where I go from here? Would appreciate any help.
