The contact owns a 2003 Cadillac Deville. The contact stated that the power windows are inoperative. As a consequence she is unable to control the operation of the window devices. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and a technician concluded that the window regulators needed to be replaced at an expense of $326 each. The vehicle has not been repaired. The failure and current mileages were 66,000.
