The contact owns a 2004 Cadillac Deville. While inserting the keys into the ignition both air bags on the driver and passenger side deployed and inflated. The passenger in the vehicle sustained neck and back injuries. The vehicle was driven to the dealer who informed him that the vehicle should not be driven and provided him a rental vehicle. They will inspect the vehicle before repairing it. The manufacturer was notified and stated that they would notify him within the next 120 days. The failure mileage was 70,000. Updated 02/02/11
