The contact owns a 2012 Cadillac Escalade hybrid. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle went over a bump in the roadway and loss power steering functionality without warning. The contact pulled over, turned off and restarted the vehicle. The contact stated that the failure recurred several times.
