The contact owns a 2007 Cadillac Srx. The contact stated that the rear differential leaked without warning. In addition, the check engine indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to germain Cadillac (4200 morse crossing, columbus, oh 43219, (614) 421-2007) where the mechanic placed struts on the vehicle. The contact was informed about the rear deferential that may leak. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired for the leak. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 150,000. The VIN was unknown.
