third row seat stopped closing all the way. mechanic says the handle and latch need replaced which is causing the seat to stop short. the mechanic "wiggled" the seat as he closed it and it closed all the way. going to leave it closed and not pay to have it fixed. poor design. we don't use it much and can't believe it broke.
