Approx three years ago had the same sunroof leak that flooded the passenger side. Was covered under warranty. Shortly thereafter a problem occurred with the radio/CD system and whole system was replaced and later found out from Sirius it was from a Buick. Last year the rear hatch stopped working and recently the GPS went out two months after installing the map update, which is worthless in Texas. The dealer attempted to fix the GPS that only lasted one month. Then the OnStar/Phone system went out and yesterday paid $645 for repair as out of warranty. Picked up the car and left and noticed that the Sirius menu was missing and returned the car to dealer. I was informed by the service rep during the GPS visit that they are different systems but it appears it is one system as how can you update the map in the DVD/CD that goes to the map program?
Anyone with an idea for a fix to the whole entertainment system is appreciated as the dealer's tech person indicated in front of me and the service manager he did not have a clue and would research it! Pretty poor for the dealer to employ people who do not have the knowledge or skills to repair vehicles!
