The contact owns a 2010 Cadillac Srx. The contact attempted to start the vehicle but it did not responded. She called the dealership and a technician came out and started the vehicle. The contact later noticed that the vehicle was still having start-up problems. She sent letters to the manufacturer but received no correspondence. The contact requested that the vehicle be traded for another but was informed that she would have to pay more to do so. The current mileage was approximately 3,850. The failure mileage was 367.
