My name is[xxx] and I represent[xxx] and her family. She leased a Cadillac Srx on July 6, 2010. On December 4, 2010 the side air bag deployed injuring the driver without an accident. The insurance determined it was a manufacturer defect. To date, the manufacturer is refusing to repair. A recall for the 2011 Srx was released today. It is obvious their is defective engineering in the air bag system. Information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
