After check engine light came on, I stopped at my local parts store to scan the code and it was the camshaft position sensors. After doing some research I found out that these engines are known to have timing chain and cam shaft position sensor problems.

That's just great. I will never buy another Cadillac again.

Brand New Cadilac. The new standard the world, Ha Ha. Don't waste your money!!! My 2012 srx 2 days old rear shock breaks. Front rotors and pads need to be replaced at just 6000 miles. Now when car idles the engine misfires. Cadillac dealer says they cannot fix the problem if they cannot reproduce it. Bull they know whats wrong they just don't know how to fix a bad design. Should have gone with LINCOLN!!!!!
