The sunroof leaks and the water fried a circuit board. My tailgate malfunctioned and nearly closed on my son. The tailgate then opened and closed for several minutes until finally stopping and now cannot be opened at all rendering the cargo space useless. The car has water trapped inside that you can hear sloshing around. The head lights and brake lights flicker on and off and the dash board lights go out even in the dark while driving. The car keeps dinging non-stop.
I called and spoke with 3 GM reps...they want me to pay to have a diagnostic run even though they know exactly what is going on and have fixed the drain tubes around the sunroof on their newer models. There are thousands of customers that have written complaints and GM refuses to issue a recall. I have a call into my attorney. If I am going to spend thousands it will go to my attorney and not to a Cadillac dealership for over priced repairs. This vehicle is NOT SAFE!
Update from Oct 17, 2019: Paid to have the sunroof fixed. Same issue started happening a few months after. The tubes that drain rain water away from the sun roof clog up for no reason. My car is parked in the garage. When I took it back in, they informed me that they had only replaced 1 set of the tubes and not all of them. You can hear water sloshing around inside of my vehicle.

Had a leak into the rear spare tire compartment probably from the sunroof. Water apparently created a short circuit in rear control modules and both lift gate and sunroof stopped working. Third party insurance covered lift gate repair from short circuit in solenoid but I am having to pay for sunroof repair at my Cadillac dealer that they said could run over $2000!
