This screen needs replaced again. This will be the 3rd screen replacement needed for my 2013 SRX. Piece of crap design. Even service consultants at Cadillac service, say this product is crap. Needs replaced every 3 years.

1500.00 for unit. Dealer doesn’t fix screen only. Whole units... what a scam.

cue screen cracked

The cue system sucks. I've already had the system replaced while my vehicle was under an extended warranty. Now this system is shot. GM is fully aware of this problem and should have issued a recall to fix the problem years ago. They dropped a crappy system in these vehicles and should accept responsibility for the fix. No one should need 3 systems in a car with 91,000 miles.

I had a small crack in the screen when I bought the vehicle back in 2016 and my radio had given many problem since I bought it. So I took it to the Utica GM Cadillac dealer on Horation Street and they fixed the issue of the radio constantly not working and they said that they replaced the radio and it worked for quite awhile and still does work. But now for some reason the crack in the upper left corner where you see the temp number has gotten a bigger spider web scratch along that side of the screen. I think they should have to replace my radio because they told me they changed the radio under a warranty. I come to find out they did not replace my radio so because they removed my radio several times to repair it for not working properly - I believe it could have caused the spider web cracks in my cue glass.

cue screen cracked cue screen cracked

This is the second time this has happened. The first time was at 51,000 miles on the odometer. The screen stopped working completely. I had it replaced and cost $1800 at the dealership. Now it has happened again. You cannot control anything on the screen including navigation, audio, climate or phone. It also randomly will mute phone calls on bluetooth, change or delete programmed stations on audio, and randomly change air settings. Bluetooth is now required BY LAW in Florida for any mobile device.

The Cue screen is cracked in one corner and webbed across the screen making it difficult to read. The system was installed brand new about 3 years ago!! I’m very upset that Cadillac won’t pay for fixing this especially since they knew about this obvious DEFECT. I would like to join the second class action suit but don’t know how. I would love some help with that!!

My CUE screen has developed cracks and is getting worse. The screen also freezes can't do anything change climate control, radio, navigation. It also has what I call a light show. What screen it freezes on will sometimes blink on an off. Does anyone else have this problem?

Update from Jul 7, 2019: I got the CUE replaced...$1200. Hope this won't keep happening!! Anyone have this problem with the CUE Screen?
