Paid a lot of money for this vehicle to be preforming as poorly as it is. I am not looking forward to the next problem and since it has been in the shop for more than 4 time for more than routine maintenance I am very, very upset with Cadillac. I was sold on the maintenance agreement and now I understand why it seems that this model needs a lot of work and is a problem. I am angry they just passed this problem, that is the cost of repairs on to me via the warranty/service plan. I am getting more and more angry and am thinking that maybe I will never purchase a Cadillac ever again.
