The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated that the front driver-€™s and passenger-€™s side seat belts were inoperable. The passenger-€™s side air bag warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and diagnosed that the front driver-€™s and passenger-€™s side seat belt pretensioners and anchors needed replacement. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 80,089.
