I moved from El Paso TX where it barely rains, to Houston where it rains every other day. I started noticing that my headlights where foggy, not a big deal but after awhile my headlights stop working. Took it to a mechanic where they change the bulbs. Made no difference, so I decided to take it to the agency where they told me it would cost 1200 dollars to get a new set of headlights because am out of warranty. Now I am scared to drive at night because I can't see. I got pulled over for driving with my headlights off. This need to be fixed now.
